This 1 module course covers ways we can reduce stress. In this fast paced world, we have so many things that seem to demand our attention all at once. Juggling multiple dynamics can get overwhelming and many of us haven’t gained the skills to cope with stress and pressure. When we learn to slow down, gain perspective, and seek the help we need, we learn the ability to cope and decompress from things that create stress.

We will learn how to develop, organize and implement different mindsets and strategies to help reduce and handle every day stress.

Isaac A. Janda-Orr

(He/Him) is a born and raised Michigander. Isaac received his Bachelor's in Social Work from Michigan State University in 2017 with a certification in diversity. He is currently pursuing his Master's in Clinical Counseling from Wayne State University. As ASPIRE's Program Specialist, Isaac spends most of his time creating and collaborating on courses and social media.
