Belonging - Mini Course
Program Specialist, SRAS
Executive Director, Leadership Coach, SRAS
This 1 module course encourages us to practice compassion and understanding because the need for connection is at the center of who we are. Understanding that need is crucial as we navigate the dynamics of our relationships. We hope that everyone will first learn how to care for and believe in themselves, as well as offering grace to their peers to do the same.
Learn New Strategies
We will learn how to develop, organize and implement different mindsets and strategies to help with belonging.
We will also learn how to put the ideas presented into action and build our own plan to belong. This will hopefully lead to everyone feeling like they have value and are important.
