Healthy vs. Unhealthy Relationships
How do you know if a relationship is healthy or not? There are key components that make up a healthy relationship, and they comprise of different values, character traits, skills, and knowledge. Come learn the difference between what can be built over time, and where relationships can come to a wall and possibly need to be redefined.

Physical Boundaries
Do you know your physical limits? There is a natural progression of physical intimacy in a romantic relationship, so don't believe the myths, sex doesn't "just happen". Learn how and where to set your own physical limits as we discuss physical boundaries and why they are valuable.

Peer Pressure
We've all heard about the dangers of negative peer pressure. It can make you feel like you aren't free to be yourself and make good choices. However, not all peer pressure is negative... When you learn what kind of groups can actually propel you into your future by helping you stay accountable to your goals, you will see the beauty that can come from surrounding yourself with positive influences. We will empower you to stick with the latter!  

Sexual Risk Avoidance
Sexual risk avoidance. It is a term that is not often used, but one that is important to understand when you are learning about all your options surrounding sexual health and relationships. We will share medically accurate information about STD's and teen pregnancy. You will hear personal stories about relationships. You will also learn tips and tools to help you make and keep your own commitments, and be empowered to choose what is best for you in current or future relationships.

Goal Setting & Affirmations
Goals without a plan are just a wish, but even the best laid plans can require a great deal of self-motivation and constant reminders of what you are capable and what makes you unique. There is something powerful inside each and every one of us that can produce world changing results. You will close this session out by identifying goals, and creating affirmations to remind ourselves of what makes you unique and that you deserve the best!
